Tera has been reading professionally for 18 years, and loves her job and clients. In addition to her business, Tera is a full-time single mom of 4 amazing kids, 2 of whom are disabled toddlers. This is why reading availability is limited, why(rarely) emergency cancelations can happen, and why you may occasionally hear a Jurassic-Park-esque raptor noise in the distant background. Interruptions are extremely rare and never take away from the time alotted to your reading. 

Here are answers to some of the more common questions asked!

Q- What Astrology/Zodiac Sign is Tera? 

A- Tera is an Aquarius, born during the Year of the Tiger.

Q- How can I schedule a reading with Tera?

A- All appointments are made through the automated scheduler on our secure, Shopify-powered website, Ninjacoffeebeanllc.com. It's really easy! You pick the type and length of reading you want, and the calendar will pop up with all the appointments currently available. Choose the available reading slot that's most convenient for you, and pay with your method of choice. You'll receive a confirmation email, as well as a reminder email before your appointment. Your reader will call you at the scheduled time, on the number you provided when you booked. 

Q- What Time Zone is Tera's schedule, and how does it work? 

A- Tera is now working out of the Detroit or Eastern Standard US time zone. Readings are available to book up to 2 weeks in advance automatically. If you need to book further than 2 weeks in advance, please reach out by text for assistance! 

Q- When/How should I contact Tera? 

A- For the fastest response, please reach out with any scheduling or billing questions by text, at 989-237-8886. Any reading questions should be discussed during your scheduled appointment. Please do not call or text your reader to "vent," or ask reading questions outside of your scheduled reading time. Incoming calls and messages during other appointments will not be answered, and can be distracting for your reader. Q- How long has Tera been reading? 

A- Tera has been reading for over 20 years, and reading professionally for about 19 years. 

Q- How do phone readings work? Who calls who? 

A- Once you've booked your reading appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your reader will call you at your scheduled appointment time, at the phone number you provided when you made the appointment. 

 

Q- Does a reading need to be in person to be accurate? 

A- Short answer, no. While all readers are different, and some may prefer proximity, Tera has been reading over the phone with clients worldwide without issue for 18 years and counting.

Q- Should I/How do I tip my reader? 

A- Tips are gratefully received, but never expected! If you wish to gift funds to your reader, you may do so through the Tip option in the Readings section of the website, or if you prefer, you may use one of the following methods-

Q- Can I take notes or record my reading? 

A- Note taking is encouraged. You are welcome to audio record, so long as you let your reader know, and your recorder is not distracting or causing delays/phone call disruption.

Q- It's time for my reading, and my reader hasn't called yet. What should I do?

 A- First, please check your appointment time on your confirmation email to make sure it isn't a time zone mixup, as they happen to the best of us! Incoming calls and messages during other readings will go unanswered, and can be distracting for your reader. If it is your scheduled time, and you haven't been contacted within the first five minutes, feel free to reach out by text or call. 

Q- Does Tera do readings for animals/pets? 

A- Animal readings might be Tera's favorite! Pictures are helpful for animal readings, and may be provided by text before your reading to: 989-297-8057 

Q- Will Tera read for children? 

A- Tera adores children, and has 4 of her own. Tera only reads for the children of existing clients, and only after prior discussion. With the parent's permission and booking, Tera will read for teens and adolescents over the phone. Parents will be required to be on the line for the length of the reading if the child is nervous or under the age of 13, no exceptions. You may help your child come up with questions to help fill their time, but please be advised that children often have a difficult time enjoying a reading longer than 15min until high school, when they start developing psychic gifts of their own, or when they start to make their own decisions/plans for the future. 

Q- Does Tera do readings in person, or at private events? 

A- At this time, Tera is only offering readings remotely by phone. There may be text and zoom options coming later.

Q- How can I get a free reading with Tera? 

A- 1 referral= 1 FREE 15-minute reading! Word of mouth is the backbone of Tera's business. Each time you refer a new customer to get a reading, tell them to enter your name in the referral box when booking. Each time Tera reads with a new client referred by you, she will reach out by text in the days following to schedule a FREE 15min session with you, with her gratitude! Please also check out our Rewards Points Program, which will tally up your readings and social media shares like a digital punch card, to earn more!

Q- What if I don't use all my time? Can I shorten my appointment if I finish all my questions early, or carry time over to my next session?

A- Time cannot be refunded or carried over, but you are always welcome to explore additional questions, request another general spread, or chat it up with your reader for the time you have remaining in your appointment. You are welcome to end your reading early, but you will not be able to pick it up another time. 

Q- What if I only have 1 question? 

A- The shortest reading currently available is 15 min. You won't be forced to stay on the phone, but there isn't a pro-rated price if you finish with time to spare in your appointment. 

Q- What if I'm unhappy with my reading? 

A- That really rarely happens, but if it does, we'll work it out! Tera loves her work, and wants her clients to be satisfied with their experience, even if your reading  doesn't give the answer you'd hoped for. Be sure to speak up if you have questions or don't understand something, and NEVER feel that you have to apologize for being repetitive or emotional! In the rare(nearly unprecedented) event that you don't feel like you're vibing with your reader, please just say so! 

 

Q- What methods, tools, and abilities does my reader use to answer my questions? 

A- Tera's talents include intuitive card reading, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and channeling.

 

Q- Is this the same Tera who read at Psychic Eye on Rainbow and Charleston since 2007? Why did she leave? 

A- Yes, that one! There were a few "Tara's" throughout the years, but this Tera was primarily at the NW location of Psychic Eye on Rainbow and Charleston in Las Vegas. She also spent time in the Green Valley and McCarran locations in Las Vegas when they were still open. Tera treasures her years at Psychic Eye, and the wonderful memories and friendships made there. Tera's youngest two children are disabled and need full time care, and received their diagnoses shortly before the NW location closed permanently. It was divine timing to part ways, and there are nothing but good vibes all around.
